Legal Information

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glonot (the "Service"), which lets you purchase and activate prepaid mobile data eSIMs for use while traveling. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence, to use the Service. By using Glonot you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. What the Service Does

Glonot sells prepaid data packages delivered as eSIM profiles for use in specific countries or regions. Packages are sourced from third-party mobile network and eSIM provisioning partners; Glonot is a reseller and is not itself a mobile network operator. Data allowances, validity periods, and supported networks are as described on the package you purchase.

3. Device Compatibility

Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology and, if applicable, that it is unlocked for eSIM installation from a provider other than your current carrier. Glonot cannot activate a package on a device that is not eSIM-capable or that is locked in a way that prevents installation.

4. Account & Accurate Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and when placing an order, including a valid email address to which your eSIM and order confirmation will be sent.

5. Purchases & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. You may also maintain a wallet balance on your account, which can be used toward future purchases. Once a package is provisioned and the eSIM installed or activated, it is considered delivered and used — see the Refund Policy tab for details on when refunds are and are not available.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit packages purchased through Glonot without our written permission; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying networks; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to Glonot's systems.

7. Service Availability

Coverage, network speeds, and package availability depend on our underlying network partners and can vary or change without notice. We do our best to keep destination and package information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glonot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data connectivity will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location a package claims to cover.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glonot's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the package(s) giving rise to the claim. Glonot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or costs arising from being unable to connect while traveling.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Glonot collects, why, and how it is used and shared when you use our website and app to browse, purchase, and manage travel eSIM data packages.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your email address, and account name if you provide one, or the name and email associated with your Google account if you sign in with Google.
  • Order information: the destinations and packages you purchase, order dates, and amounts.
  • Payment information: payment details are entered directly into our checkout and are not stored by Glonot; they are handled by our payment processor.
  • Support information: the content of any support request or message you send us.
  • Technical information: basic session data (such as your language preference, stored in a cookie) needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and process your orders.
  • To provision your eSIM with our network/eSIM supply partners.
  • To send order confirmations, support replies, and important service notices to your email.
  • To keep your session signed in and remember preferences such as display language.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse of the Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share the minimum information necessary with:

  • eSIM/network supply partners — to provision the data package you purchased on an eSIM profile.
  • Payment processors — to process your payment; Glonot does not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Email delivery providers — to send order confirmations and account emails.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Service to work: to keep you signed in, and to remember your selected display language. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to records we are required to keep by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. Glonot is based in Türkiye and processes personal data in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698); if you are located elsewhere, additional local privacy rights may also apply to you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests relating to your personal data, can be sent through the Support section of the app, or to info@glonot.com.

Glonot sells digital data packages delivered as an eSIM. Because a package is a piece of digital content that starts working as soon as it's installed and connects to a network, it works differently from a physical product — this section explains when a refund is and isn't possible.

Digital content and your right of withdrawal

Under distance-selling rules that apply to digital content delivered instantly, the standard withdrawal period does not apply once you have expressly asked us to start delivering the package and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw once it has begun. By completing your purchase, you make that request and acknowledgment.

✓ Refund is possible when

  • Your device does not support eSIM technology, and the package could not be installed as a result.
  • Your device supports eSIM but is locked in a way that prevented installation, and you can show this (for example, a screenshot of the lock/error message).
  • A technical failure on our side (or our network partner's side) meant the package was charged but never successfully provisioned to your device.

In these cases, contact Support with your order code and we'll review it — approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or, if you prefer, credited to your Glonot wallet balance.

✕ Refund is not available when

  • The eSIM has been installed and/or activated, even if you didn't use all of the data — once a package starts, it is considered delivered.
  • You changed your mind after purchase but before traveling.
  • You experienced temporary or local connectivity issues (for example, weak signal in a specific spot) rather than a failure to provision the package.
  • You purchased the wrong destination or package by mistake — please double check the destination and package details before paying, as this can't be undone once the eSIM is issued.

How to request a refund

Open the Support section in the app, start a new request, attach your order code, and describe what happened. We aim to respond to every request personally — approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
